About
Elisha brings over twenty years of experience in both the legal and business fields prior to joining the team in 2023. She assists in complex litigation involving financial elder abuse, nursing home neglect and abuse cases. Her role is integral, investigating potential claims and analyzing the evidence available to hold wrongdoers accountable.
Before to joining Bryant Dieringer Wilson LLP, Elisha spent two decades working across legal and business endeavors which involved civil rights matters, plaintiff litigation, corporate disputes and criminal law. Although she did not initially expect elder abuse litigation to become her focus, she quickly recognized the importance of this work and developed a strong appreciation for its complexities. These cases often involve overlapping issues of financial misconduct, neglect and civil rights violations, requiring a detailed and investigative approach. The multifaceted nature of elder abuse litigation continues to drive her interest in this evolving area of law.
Elisha spent much of her childhood on her grandparents’ farm, an experience that shaped her deep respect for elders and appreciation for people from all walks of life. Helping protect vulnerable individuals and their families is deeply meaningful to her and never truly feels like a job.
