About

Madison Miller is an Associate Attorney at Bryant Dieringer & Wilson, LLP. Her practice focuses on elder abuse litigation, representing elders, dependent adults, and their families in matters of nursing home neglect and abuse, financial elder abuse, personal injury, and wrongful death. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Madison’s practice focused on estate planning for clients across California.

Madison graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco) in 2021. During law school, Madison was the President of the Associated Students of UC Hastings. She also worked as a clinical law student in the Medical-Legal Partnership for Seniors, where her passion for elder and dependent adult advocacy began. Madison graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018 with degrees in Geography and Legal Studies with honors distinction.

Madison leads the San Diego alumni chapter for UC Law San Francisco and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. When she isn’t busy with her elder abuse practice, you can find her planning her next travel adventure.
