Mindy Fradette has over 30 years of experience in the legal field, with a primary focus on civil litigation and probate litigation. Since joining the team in 2009, she has applied her extensive litigation background to complex matters involving financial elder abuse, probate disputes, and related claims, consistently supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Her depth of experience allows her to efficiently manage cases from inception through resolution, ensuring that deadlines, filings, and procedural requirements are handled with precision.
Mindy is highly skilled in Federal and State court filings, case management, and trial preparation. She has extensive experience preparing cases for trial, including organizing and managing trial binders, coordinating witnesses and experts, preparing subpoenas, and compiling and pre-marking exhibits in accordance with court requirements. In addition, she is highly capable of coordinating discovery, managing large volumes of case documents, and assisting attorneys in preparing a wide range of legal documents, all with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
