About

Amy Land is a 2012 graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara. Amy obtained her Paralegal Certificate from an American Bar Association-approved program at the University of California, Irvine, in 2015. Amy has ten years of experience working under the supervision of litigation and probate attorneys, and seven years of experience as a paralegal in litigation and probate law.

Amy has been a paralegal at Green Bryant & French, LLP, since 2018, where she assists in litigating financial elder abuse cases, nursing home elder/dependent adult abuse cases, and will & trust litigation/inheritance disputes. She successfully assists the attorneys on the Elder Litigation Team in all aspects of the case, from inception through trial, in both probate court and civil court.

Prior to joining Green, Bryant & French, Amy worked in Orange County representing Plaintiffs in employment and catastrophic personal injury cases. During her time at that firm, she participated in more than 10 trials, and helped prepare for many more.

Amy is passionate about advocating for elders, particularly those who have suffered physical or financial harm as a result of the wrongful conduct of individuals and businesses whom the elder had trusted.
